Shipping Information

We are proud of our prompt, efficient service. Shipments are sent via UPS or Fedex Ground Ground Service unless otherwise specified. Please note that UPS will NOT deliver to a post office box and does not count SATURDAY AND SUNDAY in delivery times. All shipment must have a physical address. Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed Saturday & Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. If you provide an e-mail address, as soon as your order has shipped, we will notify you via e-mail with order tracking information; you will be able to track your orders arrival. All shipments are insured with UPS.

Transit Times

Please note, if you require SATURDAY delivery, please call us for this service. All shipment must have a physical address. Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed, Monday thru Friday. Cutoff time for same day orders is 7am CT. Orders placed Saturday & Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. This excludes Holidays. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to be updated online after the order is shipped. Please note that tracking numbers are assigned before the shipper picks up the package, therefore the tracking numbers might take up to 24 hours before they are activated.

Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with your Baggo product, please call/e-mail us to schedule a return. Returns are accepted 30 days from the purchase of date.

When returning a product please include your name, address, invoice/order number. If you are unable to locate your invoice contact our Customer Service department. Once we have received & inspected your return, we will refund you the cost of the product minus a 10% restocking fee. Please note, we do not refund the cost of the original or return shipping.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the UPS driver make note of the condition. Any claim for damaged or missing merchandise must be filed within five (5) working days. Save the packaging in which the shipment arrived. Notify us at customerservice@baggo.com and we will help you arrange the return of the damaged merchandise.

Risk Of Loss

Pursuant to the sale of all items purchased from Baggo.com is the UPS shipping contract. The essential and ostensible contract transfers ownership and the risk of loss of the products to you upon our delivery to UPS for shipment. Each of our shipments, however, is insured against damage or loss.

Your Membership Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our Web site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Baggo.com and its associates reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, cancel orders and refund charges in their sole discretion and in compliance with legal requirements.
